Cesar Johnston

Chairman, President & CEO

Cesar Johnston is a veteran of the technology and wireless technology industries with over two decades of leadership experience. He most recently served as CEO and President of Energous Corporation, a public company pioneering wireless power transfer technologies. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Marvell and Broadcom, where he led engineering teams responsible for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC products. He has deep expertise in silicon development and IoT markets. Cesar holds more than 50 U.S. and international patents, is a Senior Member of IEEE, and serves on the CTO Council for the Global Technology Alliance. He earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from NYU Tandon and completed executive business training at UC Berkeley.

George Jones

Chief Operating Officer

George Jones brings over 30 years of experience in technology operations, M&A, and strategic development. As Managing Director at Woodside Capital, he leads the Technology practice advising both private and public tech companies on capital raises and M&A. He previously served as Chief Business Officer at Matrix Industries, and held senior roles at companies including Applied Micro Circuits, RMI (now Broadcom), and VLSI (now NXP). George is also a mentor with Silicon Catalyst and 500 Global, and serves on the boards of two startups: PharmaSecure and SkillMi. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from The Wharton School. He is a founding member of Sand Hill Angels.

Hassan Parsa

Independent Director

Hassan Parsa is a high-tech investor and former corporate development executive with a strong track record in venture capital and strategic M&A. He spent over a decade at Arm Holdings as Global Head of Corporate Development, leading over 30 acquisitions and deploying more than $500M in venture capital across technology, AI, and IoT segments. He previously held roles at Centillium Communications, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T Bell Labs. Hassan also served on the boards of global tech firms including Ambiq, Arduino, and Deeptech Labs. He is currently an executive advisor and limited partner at Candou Angel Network and Catapult Ventures. Hassan earned an MBA from Columbia University and a master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Mike Noonen

Independent Director

Mike Noonen has over 30 years of global experience in the technology industry, with a background spanning startup growth, M&A, and public markets. He is currently the CEO of Swave Photonics and was previously CEO of MixComm, which was acquired by Sivers technologies. Earlier, he held executive roles at major firms including GlobalFoundries, NXP, and National Technology, leading global sales, marketing, and product strategy. Mike also co-founded Silicon Catalyst, the first incubator focused on technology startups, and serves on public boards including SES AI (NYSE: SES) and SK Growth Opportunities Corp (Nasdaq: SKGR). He holds patents in video and voice tech and was named CSU College of Engineering Distinguished Alumni in 2012.

Anthony D. Eisenberg

Independent Director

Anthony Eisenberg is an experienced investor and attorney with a strong background in SPAC transactions, corporate strategy, and governance. He currently serves on the board of AbPro Corporation (NASDAQ: ABP), chairing both its Audit and Compensation Committees. Previously, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and Director for Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Corp I & II (NASDAQ-listed SPACs), helping raise and deploy over $330M. Anthony is a founding partner of Palo Santo VC, a $50M fund focused on mental health biotech, and leads Tappan Street, a private investment office focused on sports and media. Earlier in his career, he worked in politics and finance law. He holds a JD from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Georgetown, and a B.A. with honors from the University of Miami.
